Our Board Members



Jenni Pheiffer, President

Jenni Pheiffer, a former oil and gas attorney with Exxon Mobil, transitioned into her current role as an estate attorney while also embracing the joys of being a stay-at-home mom. 

Her commitment to service shines through her involvement over the years with organizations like United Way, Hope Village, Kids’ Meals Houston, Junior Achievement, and the Galveston County Food Pantry.

Jenni’s family includes her supportive husband, Nathan, their three active children: Jack (11), Graham (8), and Elle (7) and their loyal dog, Huckleberry. When Jenni isn’t leading or volunteering, she finds comfort in reading, whipping up meals in the kitchen, and spending time on the water with family and friends.

Her vision for Love Here is profound: she aims to create a kinder, more caring world for our children. Jenni hopes to inspire others by setting an example of selfless service, igniting a desire to spread joy and kindness. With Love Here, she envisions a ripple effect—a culture of service that extends from one family to another.

Kaci Hanson, Vice President

Kaci Hanson is a dynamic leader with a heart for service and a vision for change. As the Vice President of Love Here, she brings her extensive experience in nonprofit management and a deep commitment to making a difference. 

With 15 years of dedicated service, Kaci has honed her skills in fundraising, program development, and community outreach. She has served with organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Hope Village, Galveston County Food Bank, and the Clear Creek Education Foundation, Junior Achievement, United Way, and Club One. Her tireless efforts have touched countless lives, leaving a lasting legacy of compassion and empowerment.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaci is a devoted stay-at-home mom to her three children: Eric (10), Gage (7), and Harper (5), along with her husband, Harris. Their household is a lively one, filled with a plethora of animals and the joy of family time. Kaci also finds solace in running, reading, and spending quality moments with friends.

Kaci firmly believes that Love Here can change the world—one person at a time. She envisions it as a platform not only for spreading love where it’s needed but also for actively contributing to a better, more compassionate world. She hopes to be able to lead by example as Vice President, side by side with members of her community and her fellow board. Kaci sees Love Here as something that will be here for generations to come.

Micah Morris, Treasurer

Micah Morris brings financial sharpness and a heart for service to her role as Treasurer at Love Here. With a background as a former financial analyst, she combines her expertise with a passion for making a positive impact in her community. 

Micah’s journey in community service began with her involvement in organizations like the Ronald McDonald House and Today’s Harbor for Children. Her commitment to uplifting others led her to the Westwood Bales PTO board, where she currently serves.

Beyond her professional life, Micah shares her days with her loving husband, Travis, and their three daughters: Clay (11), Cameron (8), and Cooper (4). Their vibrant home is complete with three beloved dogs. Micah spends much of her time toting her kids to their various activities and cherishes the rare moments of quiet family time at home. Her family also loves to travel to new places when they get a break from their busy schedule to create lasting memories together.

Driven by her faith, Micah believes she is called to serve humbly and make a difference. She sees Love Here as a beacon of hope—a platform that promotes connection and kindness between people. Having witnessed Friendswood’s community spirit firsthand, Micah is confident that Love Here will continue to thrive and help neighbors love and serve one another.

Bailey Walkup, Secretary

Bailey, a dedicated and passionate individual, joined the Love Here team as the Secretary. Prior to her role at Love Here, Bailey served as a teacher in the Dickinson Independent School District, where she nurtured young minds and inspired a love of learning.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Bailey has been an active volunteer in her community. She has generously given her time to the Westwood and Bales PTOs, supporting her children's schools and fostering a positive learning environment. Additionally, Bailey has contributed to her church community, demonstrating her commitment to serving others.

Bailey is happily married to Matthew, and together they share their lives with their boys, Jack and Carter. Their energetic dog, Maggie, adds a touch of chaos and joy to their days. In her free time, Bailey enjoys exploring her creative side, embarking on family adventures, and spending leisurely weekends near the water.

Bailey is thrilled to be a part of Love Here, as she believes in its mission to educate people on the importance of loving others right where they are. Her hope is that Love Here will reach individuals throughout the community and create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the local area, spreading love and kindness throughout the state and beyond.

Courtney Dozier, Community Outreach

Courtney Dozier, a seasoned realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty, brings a wealth of experience to her role as the head of community outreach. Her journey has been marked by a commitment to service, spanning over 25 years. 

Before her successful career in real estate, Courtney worked in pharmaceutical sales and public relations, where she honed her communication skills and developed a passion for making a positive impact. Her involvement with various nonprofits—including Kids Meals, United Way, March of Dimes, and the Houston Food Bank—has allowed her to touch countless lives.

Courtney’s dedication extends beyond her professional life. At home, she shares her world with her husband, Jarrett, and their two children, Stella (11) and Savannah (8). Their furry companions, Lulu and Sunny, complete their joyful household.

Courtney enjoys quality time with her family, volunteering, exploring new culinary adventures in the kitchen, and embarking on exciting travel experiences. She loves to stay active in her community. Her zest for life shines through in everything she does.

Courtney believes that love and kindness can transform lives. As a community outreach lead, she is excited to channel her energy into creating meaningful connections and fostering positive change. Whether organizing local events, collaborating with community partners, or empowering volunteers, Courtney believes Love Heres’ mission is clear: to spread love and serve others.

Annie Clary, Membership Co-Lead

Annie's journey is one of unwavering commitment of service to others. As the membership co-lead for Love Here, Annie will work to ensure everyone knows how they can join and serve their community. Beyond her volunteer role at Love Here, she also works at the Law Offices of Foster & Houston and Martin & Black Real Estate, where her dedication extends beyond professional responsibilities. Before her current roles, Annie spent 15 impactful years at the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), where she worked in the family service and development side of the organization. Her work there touched countless lives, providing hope, resources, and advocacy for families facing neuromuscular disease.

Annie’s community involvement spans over 25 years. She actively participates in various organizations, including Kids Meals, Three Little Pitties, American Cancer Society, and the Melanoma Foundation. Locally, she contributes to FEF, NCL, and Westwood and Bales PTO, fostering community connections and supporting educational initiatives. In her personal life, Annie shares her days with her husband Colt. Together, they are raising three wonderful children: Jackson (20), Emma (15), and Allie (9). Their household is complete with two beloved dogs, who bring joy and companionship. Annie cherishes moments spent watching her children pursue their passions—whether it’s dance or lacrosse.

Annie believes that it’s important to teach the next generation how to serve selflessly. By leading by example, she hopes Love Here will become a ripple effect—a force for good that touches hearts and transforms communities.

Natalie Ring, Membership Co-Lead

Natalie, a former teacher at FISD, has dedicated her life to serving others. With a heart full of compassion, she spent five years working with Young Life and Hope Village. Now, as a stay-at-home mom and substitute teacher, she continues to make a difference in her community.

At home, Natalie shares her life with her husband, Adam, and their soon-to-be four daughters: Madalyn (8), Evelyn (6), and Marianne (2). Their household is also bustling with four pets.

Natalie’s passions include spending time with family and friends. She enjoys working out, quality time at their family ranch, and attending church. Her belief in putting others first serves as a valuable lesson for her children, teaching them the importance of kindness and service.

Driven by a commitment to women-centered and family-driven service, Natalie joined Love Here. She hopes that through Love Here, others will learn how small acts of kindness can create a big impact within their community.
